Eastern Kentucky University has announced the dean’s list, dean’s award, and dean’s award recipients for the Spring 2023 semester.
“We are committed to academic excellence and the continued success of our students,” said EKU President David Macfadyen. “As the university that employs the largest number of Kentuckians in the Commonwealth of Nations, EKU is proud to be developing the next generation of highly skilled and educated workers.”
To earn Dean’s List honors, students must earn a 3.75 GPA for 12 credit hours, a 3.65 GPA for 13 credit hours, and a 3.5 GPA for 14 or more credit hours. The average of all grade points is outside the range of 4.0 points.
Dean Award winners are students who have achieved the Dean’s List at least three times at EKU. Students with the President’s Award will receive a lapel pin from the Dean.
The President’s Award was established to recognize academic excellence and is awarded to full-time undergraduate students who achieve a GPA of 4.0 for the semester.
