Hmm… what?
As for the NBA All-Star Game, I think I agree that it is a disaster. This has almost everyone and mothers having their own ideas on how to fix things.
Some people like me want an international tournament that resembles the NHL four-country showdown. Others want a 1-0N-1 tournament, but this is not a bad idea either.
But ESPN, well, they’re on other ish. In a new article, a columnist named William C. Roden gave an idea about how to fix the All-Star Game by celebrating black history. Wait, what?
“Would you like to lean towards true dark history given all the tricks the NBA has tried?” asked Roden. (Related: “Govern the Co-Sick”: NCAA’s new transgender policy was blown up by parent-female supporters Riley Gaines, Jennifer Say)
“Next year, the iconic Harlem Globetrotters will celebrate the team’s 100th anniversary. The NBA will return to East/West format and pay tribute to the New York Crunaissance, the first black-owned professional basketball team. Globetrotters and team lenses must be recognized in the showcase game by naming the globetrotters and team lenses. Each team will wear globetrotters and lens uniforms.
“As an attempt is being made to whitewash black history, the Globetrotter/Lens NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles next year will provide the league with the opportunity to straighten the record. This is what happens on the NBA main stage. The game educates many players and tells the public how the NBA has become rich in black players,” continued Roden.
“In doing so, players will honor these two iconic franchises and the black men who played it.”

This is the only thing that ESPN is separated from politics and left-wing shenanigans.
