Officers witnessed Mansfield hitting the woman several times in the head. Police pulled over and Mansfield fled on foot. He was taken into custody and charged with assault and motor vehicle theft. Mansfield was convicted, but then he violated probation. He is a white male, 6 feet tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. His last address was Eastlake, Ohio.
