EXCLUSIVE: Border Patrol Agents Arrest Five-Time Deportee Gang Member With Decades-Long Criminal History

Border Patrol agents arrest deported gang members with criminal convictions, according to an internal memo and criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller News Foundation. did.

Investigators arrested Heriberto Gonzalez Macias of Mexico near Fort Hancock, Texas, on Feb. 11 and learned of his “extensive” criminal history and gang affiliation, according to the memo. The Border Patrol memo said Gonzalez-Macias was previously convicted of manslaughter in 1995 and charged with first-degree murder in 2013, but no criminal charges were filed against him. It was listed.
