EXCLUSIVE: Fani Willis Wouldn’t Take Emailed Subpoena From House Judiciary Committee

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis did not receive a subpoena from the House Judiciary Committee via email, so the U.S. Marshals Service asked her to hand it over in person, The Daily Caller has learned. .

The House Judiciary Committee subpoenaed Willis on February 2, seeking documents germane to the possible misuse of federal funds related to the prosecution of former President Donald Trump.
