EXCLUSIVE: Sen. Daines Introduces Legislation On Flag Day To Prohibit Burning The American Flag

Republican Montana Senator Steve Daines on Wednesday reintroduced a constitutional amendment to ban the burning of the American flag.

The Daily Caller was the first to obtain a copy of the bill Danes introduced on Flag Day. Danes commemorated Flag Day on the U.S. Senate floor in 2018, highlighting a constitutional amendment to ban the burning of the American flag. He did this in the 115th, 116th and 117th Congresses.
