EXCLUSIVE: Senior White House Officials Detail How Trump-Zelenskyy Oval Meeting Went Off The Rails

Ukrainian President Voldy Meezelensky rolled into the White House on Friday, hoping to sign a contract with the US. The Trump administration was negotiating an agreement to jointly develop a mineral extraction project in Ukraine. In the West Wing hallway, staff members were able to enjoy the pair after having lunch with Zelenskyy and President Donald Trump ready and officially approved the contract.

“This was set up like every other state visit, this was an oval office spray. [there’d be] A senior White House aide told daily callers.

But as quickly as he came in, Zelenkey was guided after becoming a fierce spat with Trump and Vice President JD Vance.

Executives told daily callers they expect to sign a full contract with Zelenskyy during their visit on Friday and sign the much-anticipated mineral trade, but the Ukrainian president has been in the way of not knowing how to work with Trump and Vance.

A discussion continued forty minutes after sitting in an oval shape, exchanging pleasures and asking questions from the press. The Ukrainian president has openly criticized the United States for not stopping Russian President Vladimir Putin. Vance shot back. Trump began to speak up. Zelenskyy repeatedly interrupted his host.

clock:

“In 2015, no one stopped. [Putin]. He also occupied them. He killed people,” Zelensky said. “[Throughout] 2014 and 2022 situation [was] same. People were almost dying on the contact line, no one stopped him… he broke this ceasefire. He killed our people and did not trade prisoners. We signed a prisoner exchange. But he didn’t do that. What kind of diplomacy, JD, are you talking? what do you mean? ” (Related: “Let’s do it”: Ukrainian President Zelenki says yes to Trump’s request)

“I’m talking about the kind of diplomacy that will end the destruction of your country,” Vance said. “Mr. President, Mr. President, I think it’s rude to you to come to your oval office and try and sue this in front of the American media.”

Vance denounced the Ukrainian president for not giving the US gratitude for security assistance. Trump pointed out to Zelensky that “you’re gambling with World War II.”

After eight minutes of discussion, Trump decided he was enough, signaling that the press would move out of the room. Zelenskyy’s motorcade was pulled up to the White House, and administrative officials confirmed to the caller that Trump had driven out the Ukrainian president. “Nothing will be signed,” White House officials said of the impending mineral trade.

“He didn’t read the room,” a senior White House aide said of Zelensky’s attitude during the meeting. “In fact, the room was very supportive of signing the contract.”

Trump worked on a true society to tell Americans that peace talks were off.

“It’s amazing that it comes out through emotions. President Zelensky decided that he is not ready for peace because he feels that our involvement gives him a great advantage in negotiations when America is involved. I don’t want any advantage, I want peace. He downplayed the United States of America in his precious oval office. He can come back when he is ready for peace,” Trump said in his post.

When the day began when the bilaterals began to fall into a chaotic debate between the top leaders of both countries, there was no indication. The White House believed the pair would make their opening remarks, ask questions and continue negotiations behind closed doors, administrative authorities told callers. Some after the breakdown Social Media Users and media Members claimed that Trump and Vance had “ambushed” Zelensky. However, the official highlighted that what happened today was not following the White House plans.

However, from the moment the Ukrainian president entered the oval office, things didn’t seem to go smoothly.

Management officials pointed out to callers that Zelenskyy had been carrying himself “in a rude way,” rolling his eyes and saying he had repeatedly suspended the president and vice president.

“I had a proud hub arrogance about him,” a senior White House aide told the caller.

Sources close to Zelenskyy I said Fox News appeared to have appeared to have been presented with a mineral agreement by the Trump administration prior to the elliptical office meeting, but to his complaints there was no guaranteed security initiative to help Ukraine in the case of another Russian invasion. Zelenskyy later confirmed that he would not enter a peace agreement with Russia None Security guarantee.

White House officials appear to be echoing the report semaforZelenskyy added that he was “talking about security assurances” and “it was what we’re today, that was an economic deal.”

After the meeting collapsed, Zelensky and the Ukrainians entered another room. This is a standard procedure. But President Trump was huddled with his advisor, White House officials told the callers. Trump seemed unprepared to negotiate for peace and determined that additional conversations were not productive, officials explained.

After Trump posted his statement to Truth Society, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and national security adviser Mike Waltz informed the Ukrainians that they were leaving, and negotiations for the day were over.

A source familiar with the situation argued that Zelenskyy is calling for a lack of self-awareness and understanding of how Trump communicates with Vance.

“He took a very unconventional approach because he doesn’t know how to deal with Trump. that Something try out to put Trump in His
place It was right posture,” a senior White House aide told the caller.
