SEC Kickoff Times Revealed
One common frustration among college football fans is the late announcement of kickoff times. This can really complicate travel plans for those enthusiastic about following their teams.
While the SEC’s transition from CBS to ESPN hasn’t been universally welcomed, there’s one significant upside: fans can expect to see kickoff windows announced before the season starts.
Exact times are still under wraps, but these windows provide a clearer picture of when games might begin, which is a relief to many. This week, the SEC is set to disclose a scheduling window, particularly exciting for Alabama supporters eager to see when their team will hit the field.

Significantly, the latest schedule reveals that both Alabama and Auburn will face the Georgia Bulldogs under the lights. The Tigers will host Georgia on October 11th, while Alabama will travel to Sanford Stadium in Athens on September 27th.
Additionally, Alabama is set to host LSU in the evening at Bryant-Denny Stadium on November 8th.
On the early game front, Auburn will visit Missouri for an 11:00 AM kickoff, and they’ll also head to Arkansas with game times potentially starting between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM CST.
Most of the other matchups remain in a “flex” time slot, meaning they could kick off anywhere between 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
It’s time to start planning those game-day trips. Football season is just around the corner!
