sedona news – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “Lost on a Mountain, Maine,” which will be shown from Nov. 29 to Dec. 29. Starting on the 5th at the Alice Gill Sheldon Theater and the Mary D. Fisher Theater.
Produced by Sylvester Stallone and based on the best-selling book of the same name, Lost in the Mountains of Maine tells the moving true story of 12-year-old Don Fendler, who is separated from his family after a sudden assault. . A storm atop a dangerous mountain.
For nine days, Don fights for survival in the harsh wilderness of northern Maine without food or proper clothing, unaware of how dire his situation is.
His disappearance sparked a massive search operation that made national headlines and attracted hundreds of volunteers, including a father who feared he might never see his son again.
“Lost on a Mountain in Maine” will be shown at the Alice Gill Sheldon Theater and the Mary D. Fisher Theater from Nov. 29 through December. 5. Show times are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 29th, 30th, and December 1st at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, December 2, 3, and 4 at 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m.
