The City of Flagstaff and Coconino County will hold four public workshops as part of an update to the Flagstaff Regional Plan, focusing on how we can plan for multiple possible future scenarios, including potential uncertainties. It will be held. This is an important opportunity to ensure that Regional Plan 2045 is a successful tool whatever the future holds.
Workshop participants participate in a map-based game to determine how a region will grow under certain conditions regarding population and employment growth, climate change, and financing. The information provided by participants during the workshop will have a direct impact on current scenario modeling efforts and influence subsequent policy directions and planning content. The future is uncertain! The City and County need your insights to help plan a more resilient, sustainable and equitable future for the Flagstaff area.
