Fans have lashed out at Lady Gaga for her recent endorsement of Pfizer’s migraine medication, calling her a “traitor” and accusing her of prioritizing profit over safety.
Lady Gaga partnered with pharmaceutical giant Pfizer in a personal tone ad campaign announced Tuesday, in which she credits the company’s migraine medication for helping her. The star posted a picture of herself with the Nurtec ODT medical logo on her top right corner. The next slide in her gallery featured product safety information directly promoting Pfizer.the nature of the ads you see herecaused an upset among her “little monsters”, who were quick to lash out against the star.
Lady Gaga is working on the front lines with big pharmaceutical companies.

Lady Gaga is famous for being outspoken about her battle with healthcare, but she took it a step further by posting captions alongside these slides.
“Since I was a child, I have dealt with migraine pain. I will never forget the first time I tried Nurtec® ODT (rimegepant) 75 mg and wished I had found it sooner,” he says. she wrote on Instagram.
“That’s why I’m proud to partner with Nurtec ODT. 💜 We’re working on this together. #MHAM,” said Lady Gaga.
The direct promotion of the pharmaceutical giant was quickly noticed by fans.
“Intended for U.S. audiences only,” she wrote.

“Girl, what happened to you that you only care about money like this?” one fan wrote in the comments.
Another fan said, “Healthcare is a human right, not a commodity that should be exploited for greed or wealth.”
“Nurtec caused a miscarriage of the fetus. Today she is 6 years old,” another woman said.
Lady Gaga has not publicly addressed the backlash.
