Former WWE star William “Billy Jack” Haynes was charged Wednesday with shooting and killing his wife, police announced.
Haynes, 70, is charged with second-degree murder by unlawful use of a weapon after his wife, Janet Becraft, 85, was shot to death inside their home in Portland, Oregon, on February 8. According to the newspaper, Haynes was a professional wrestler for 15 years before joining WWE in 1986, appearing on various circuits.
