Catlow Shipek is a founding member of the Watershed Management Group. With over 15 years of experience in applied watershed management, planning and policy, he specializes in demonstration projects including water harvesting, green infrastructure, stream restoration, and eco-sanitation. Shipec has worked on several successful Tucson policy initiatives and served on Tucson Water’s Citizens Water Advisory Board. He holds a master’s degree in watershed management from the University of Arizona and serves as the Advisory Board Chair for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
