GOP Rep, ABC Host Clash As He Blasts Corporate Media For Trying To ‘Distract’ Voters From Their Top Concerns

When asked about Haitian immigrants in Ohio, Republican Minnesota House Majority Whip Tom Emmer said Sunday that corporate media is trying to “distract” from voters' top concerns. After criticizing the media, he clashed with ABC News host Martha Raddatz.

Appearing on ABC's “This Week,” Emmer said that during a debate with Democratic Minnesota Gov. While city officials and Republican Gov. Mike DeWine have denied allegations that immigrants are eating pets, some local residents are pushing back.
