At the invitation of the Alabama House of Representatives, this joint session will be held in the Old House Chamber of the Alabama State Capitol.
This year's speech is highly anticipated, as Governor Ivey is expected to unveil an education savings account bill that will be at the forefront of her 2024 legislative agenda. The governor said ensuring quality educational opportunities for all Alabama students is a top priority this term.
