Holy Hell! I thought I was the only one who noticed this!
Former PGA Tour experts were more critical of CBS broadcaster Jimnanz Rory McIlroy After he missed the putt Hole 18 It would have concluded the Masters without the final playoffs Justin Rose.
While away from Bunker’s Sunday, McIlroy had his feet to meet Paa and cement his history at Augusta National. Unfortunately for McIlroy, Putt went left and sent him into the playoffs of a sudden death against Rose. As we all know, McIlroy birded in the playoffs on the 18th, beating Rose and finishing his career grand slam.
That being said, former PGA Tour star Steve Elkington joined Twitter after Nantz said, “I’m going to go to the playoffs,” and then McIlroy put on a bogey and fell to 11 under.
“It could be the biggest collapse in golf history, and f*cking CBS says, “There’s a playoff,” Elkington posted.
That could be the biggest collapse in golf history & fucking CBS says
“There’s a playoff.”– Steve Elkington (@Elkpga) April 13, 2025
When I heard Jim Nantz say, I had the same reaction, and if I take it further, Pro Rory McIlroy’s prejudice throughout Master Week was absolutely horrifying. There was no criticism of the man at all.
Let’s do more CBS. The glazing was not known at all.
