Gregg Jarrett Points Out Those Most Likely to Face Legal Trouble in Russiagate

Legal Concerns Surrounding Obama Administration Officials

During a segment on “Hannity,” legal analyst Greg Jarrett discussed potential legal risks faced by former President Barack Obama and his intelligence director in relation to the alleged Russian acid agent scandal.

On the same day, the Department of Justice (DOJ) initiated an investigation into potential conspiracies linked to the Obama administration’s involvement in a purported 2016 Russian conspiracy. Sean Hannity, host of the show, raised questions about the implications of this investigation for various former officials, including Obama, former FBI Director James Comey, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan, and ex-special counsel Jack Smith.

Hannity also mentioned Hillary Clinton, suggesting that she was at the center of the conspiracy that aimed to undermine Trump, pointing out that she might also be a potential target for legal action.

According to reports from Fox News Digital, there were indications that Comey and Brennan had been notified of their involvement in criminal investigations. The inquiry revealed that Brennan had pushed to incorporate documents related to the Steele dossier into the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), even after warnings against such actions.

Following this, Gabbard disclosed new intelligence reports on the Russian investigations, which included documents suggesting how Obama utilized Russian lawsuits against Trump during his first administration.

Jarrett noted that Brennan had looked into Clinton’s case by referring it to the FBI, whereas Comey had also failed to exonerate her regarding the email controversy. Instead, it appeared he focused on Trump, which raised questions about the FBI’s motives.

“They misled the FISA courts to obtain a warrant, and they adjusted the intelligence report to support the conspiracy narrative, which was then used by the media to tarnish Trump’s reputation. This has all been concealed since then,” Jarrett claimed, suggesting that those involved might face significant legal repercussions.

Gabbard had previously made claims about the 2016 scandal, with Trump accusing Clinton’s campaign of colluding with Russia to manipulate the election. New details emerged around this topic.

On Wednesday, FBI Director Kash Patel mentioned he discovered a “burning bag” filled with documents related to Trump’s alleged Russian conspiracy. Among the items were classified sections of John Durham’s Final Report as Special Counsel.

Gabbard also announced her intention to bring Obama and other officials to the DOJ for potential criminal charges.
