Actor Harrison Ford was overwhelmed, thanking his fans for their support as he played his beloved character Indiana Jones one last time.
The actor explained the reason for the character’s success and why fans continue to adore this story. Ford is preparing to retire from his role following the release of the series finale, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Fortune. according to to Fox News.
According to Fox News, Ford said, “I think what I admire most about the film is the emotional depth and sensitivity and the importance of emotion in the film.” “This final piece is about age and frailty and life changes, and I wanted it to feel particularly compelling and real to the audience because I am that age. “And I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart,” Ford continued. “It means the world to me.”

The film received a standing ovation at the end of its screening at the Palais des Festivals during the Cannes Film Festival. The ‘Blade Runner’ star was also surprised by Cannes Film Festival director Thierry Frémaux’s Palme d’Or award.
“I was very impressed with this,” Ford said at the time. “When death approaches, they say you see your life flash before your eyes, and I just saw my life flash before my eyes. It’s a part of my life, but it’s not my whole life, and I owe it to my dear wife for supporting my passions and dreams.”
“Indiana Jones: Dial of Fate” opens in theaters on June 30.
