“Based on its track record, there is no way Harvard would allow any group other than Jews to be targeted for similar abuse, or allow its students and professors to call for the annihilation of countries other than Israel without response. “It is unthinkable that he would do so,” the complaint states.

“Harvard's deliberate indifference to, and indeed enabling of, anti-Semitism on its campus constitutes a grave violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Harvard University is now forced to take concrete, systemic and far-reaching remedial action,” the lawsuit continues.
According to the complaint, students who engage in anti-Semitic discrimination are being asked to be suspended or expelled from the school. It also donates funds to the firing of professors “responsible for anti-Semitic discrimination and abuse” and “conditional on the hiring or promotion of professors who espouse anti-Semitism or the inclusion of anti-Semitic classes or curriculum.” They are also demanding the return of donations from countries that have contributed to the project. .
The lawsuit also seeks damages for students who lost academic opportunities and for members of the Harvard community to undergo anti-Semitism training, according to the complaint.

Harvard University President Claudine Gay has resigned following plagiarism allegations. He appeared before the House Education and Labor Committee, but declined to say whether calling for the extermination of Jews violated the school's code of conduct. The committee expanded its investigation into the university to include its response to allegations of plagiarism.
