PHOENIX – Country Thunder Arizona is coming to the Grand Canyon State this week for four days of music, food and fun.
The festival grounds in Florence open on Wednesday. Performances begin Thursday.
Valley native Dierks Bentley wraps up the festival with a 9pm show on Sunday.
Here’s what you need to know before heading out to Country Thunder.
when: Thursday-Saturday 1pm-2am, Sunday 1pm-1:30am.
The phone and front gate are open Wednesday through Sunday from 9 AM to 10 PM. The campground opens on Wednesdays at the same time as the main gate.
where: 20585 E. Waterwayabout 65 miles southeast of downtown Phoenix, Florence.
WHO: Thursday’s main stage schedule kicks off at 3:30pm Shane Profit, 5pm Tracy Byrd, 6:30pm Parmalley, 8pm Midland and 10pm John Purdy.
Friday’s main stage schedule kicks off at 2pm with Josh Ross, followed by Mackenzie Carpenter at 3:30pm, Nate Smith at 5pm, Lone Star at 6:30pm, Ashley McBride at 8pm and Luke Bryan at 10pm. increase.
The main Saturday schedule starts at 2pm with Reklaws, followed by Hayley Withers at 3:30pm, Randall King at 5pm, Jackson Dean at 6:30pm, Parker McCallum at 8pm and Cody Johnson at 10pm. increase.
Sunday’s main stage schedule kicks off at 2:30pm with John Morgan, 4:00pm with Chase Matthew, 5:30pm with Bailee Zimmerman, 7:00pm with Kip Moore and 9:00pm with Dielkes Bentley.
tickets: Reserved seats and campsites are sold out. General admission tickets for the entire weekend – $330 + fee – and limited single day – $175 + fee – are still available. A Platinum Experience Package is also available, starting at $300.
For the first time for fans this year, there will be options on both sides of the main stage catwalk, priced at $675 plus fees.
bag policy: Only clear plastic bags up to 14×14 inches, standard 1-gallon single-use freezer bags, and small clutches no larger than 6×9 inches are allowed. Backpacks, large purses, camera bags and coolers are not allowed.
