The Kiffin vs. Finebaum feud continues!

During SEC Media Days, the feud between Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin and the face of SEC media, Paul Finebaum, resurfaced in conversation, and even better, this was all broadcast live on national television for our viewing pleasure.

It all started when the two were talking about Kiffin's firing from USC, a firing that Finebaum was also involved in. comment On ESPN's “College Gameday.”

During the broadcast, Finebaum called Kiffin “the Miley Cyrus of college football,” a comment still remembered today by many college football fans, and of course Kiffin himself. Finebaum's comments came just hours before Kiffin departed USC following a loss to Arizona State.

“That's a better story than me getting you fired,” Finebaum said of Kiffin's firing.

“It really was,” Kiffin said. “The athletic director and dean were on that trip, and it's a true story. There was a game that night, and you had to be on 'College GameDay' and do some major publicity. They were watching it, too, because I know another person who was watching with them, and you said, I'm kidding, I'm the 'Miley Cyrus of college football coaches,' and you should be fired. They looked at each other, and later that night, I was fired.
