While speaking with co-host Gerald McCoy on Yahoo Sports' “McCoy & Van Noy” PodcastsVan Noy shared his honest feelings about the Chiefs athletic training staff, slamming them for their handling of his injury as “unprofessional.”
“I understand why the Kansas City players gave the training room an F,” Van Noy said. “Based on my experience, I probably would have given them an F after that, too.”
Van Noy said, NFLPA Offseason Poll Players gave the Chiefs' training staff an “F” grade, the lowest in the entire NFL, and the Chiefs also received the worst overall vote (which includes the public owners' vote), finishing 31st out of 32 teams.

At this point, the Kansas City Chiefs need to change the culture within their organization. The team is doing well and has won back-to-back Super Bowls, but the organization is not.
