US immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reportedly flew back to Venezuela this week by plane, Leonel Moreno, an influencer who was illegal in the United States.
Moreno was said to have caused problems with the plane and had to be placed in another area of the aircraft with additional security to keep orders in place. It has been reported. The reason for suspected confusion remains unknown.
According to the outlet, Diosdado Cabello, Minister of Internal, Justice and Peace in Venezuela, welcomed his hometown Moreno. Moreno reached national prominence using Tiktok. He posted a video in Spanish telling other illegal aliens how to appeal to them to use the rights of squatters and “invade” empty settlements. “We found out there is a law that says that if the house doesn’t live, we can grab it. I think people here in America will also apply land invasions and that’s my next business and break into abandoned homes,” he said.

According to internal documents from ICE, Moreno, who illegally entered the United States in April 2022, was released from custody on parole. Moreno was unable to follow rules for alternative detention programs and was classified as “abdomen,” the agency said. “Subjects have been featured in the National News that Tiktok is viral by encouraging illegal immigration,” the ICE document states. The court ordered deportation in September 2024, but Venezuela halted deportation flights in retaliation for US sanctions. It has been reported.
Moreno previously appeared to be proud to play games of the American system. “I didn’t try to work like a slave beyond Rio Grande,” he said in one video, appearing to be waving around a $100 bill. “I came to the United States to mark my territory.”
The illegal alien claimed that he could support himself, his children and his wife based on the cash he received over the course of 18 months. Ice is said to have Moreno served as a sergeant for Venezuela’s Military Intelligence Bureau, sources previously told the outlet. ICE, the Bureau of Alcohol, cigarettes, firearms and Explosives (ATFs) also reportedly were weighing or considering whether to claim immigration for gun-related crimes in April 2024.
“I’ve come here for persecution in my country…but they’re doing the same thing to me in the United States – persecuting me,” Moreno told the New York Post after his uncertainty. They honor me. They misrepresent me on the news… I salute to the good father, the good husband, the good son, the good people, the humble and those who respect me. ”
ICE has not yet responded to daily caller investigations on the issue.
