On Wednesday, former Democrat Jamal Bowman of New York argued that the “stress” of dealing with racism is what causes black people to develop countless illnesses, including cancer and diabetes.
Bowman pulled the fire alarm just before the House of Representatives passed a suspension spending measure to avoid the government shutdown on September 30, 2023, but it was later found to have misunderstood the Congressional Ethics Bureau regarding the incident. Bowman attacked former Trump administration official Mark Short during the “CNN Newsnight” segment, claiming that “racism” came from “consistent” Republicans.
