North Miami police arrested a young mother on suspicion of abusing her 2-month-old daughter and sending video evidence to the baby's father, according to an arrest report, according to WPLG Local 10.

The baby's father called police around 6:20 p.m. Saturday after receiving the video from his ex-girlfriend, the report said.
The suspect also allegedly texted the father a photo of his daughter allegedly in bed with a blanket covering her nose and mouth, which authorities said “appears to be restricted.” [her] “He is breathing,” the report said.
“I'm going to stick with this until she dies,” the suspect wrote in the text, according to an arrest report, WPLG reported. “I feel so bad that she doesn't have another father and I can't love her because she has a part of you in her. The suspect allegedly refused to open the apartment door to responding officers. Police then called her handyman to break through the door and took her into custody, the newspaper said.
The infant had no apparent injuries, and authorities charged the suspect with child abuse without serious bodily injury, according to the arrest report, WPLG said. According to the paper, officials announced that the suspect had admitted to the felony charge.
