iMetal Resources Drone Magnetics Final Interpretation Received for Shining Tree Block Near Gowganda West

VANCOUVER, British Columbia / ACCESSWIRE / February 16, 2023 / iMetal Resources, Inc. (TSXV:IMR) (OTC PINK:ADTFF) (FRANKFURT:A7V) (“eye metal” or “company“) is pleased to announce the receipt of the final results and interpretations of its drone magnetic survey of the 565-hectare Shining Tree block 3.75 kilometers west of iMetal’s Gowganda West property. The survey will be completed in October and November 2022. Completed in. The results of the study are as follows: identified four priority target areas for gold exploration.

The key target area is Target 2, interpreted as a structurally controlled potential intrusion (metavolcano) complex, offset by the NNW fault and likely controlled by the NNE family of faults . Interpretation of the results includes geophysical interpretation of the bedrock (Fig. 1) and 3D inversion (e.g. Fig. 2).

CEO Saf Dhillon said: The company plans to focus initially on Target 2 to pinpoint any anomalies in preparation for the machine digging and drilling as soon as the snow clears. ”

A total of 224 line kilometers of data were included in this study. A thorough quality control process was performed and the following advanced processing was applied to the data.

  • Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI)
  • TMI Decreases to North Magnetic Pole (RTP)
  • TMI RTP Calculated First Vertical Derivative (1VD)
  • Computed analytical signal (AS) of TMI
  • Tilted derivative (TDR) of TMI
  • Total Transverse Derivative (THDR) of TMI
  • 3D inversion with two methodologies: susceptibility distribution inversion and magnetic vector inversion.
