President Biden’s decision to pardon his son Hunter was in direct contradiction to numerous public statements made by press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

At least four times since Hunter Biden’s plea deal on firearms charges fell apart in July 2023, Jean-Pierre has told reporters that President Biden has no intention of pardoning his son. I affirmed it in words.

Shortly after the deal broke down, Jean-Pierre responded with a one-word answer to a question about whether Biden would pardon his son: “No.”

She was then asked the question again, this time with more emphasis, repeating, “That’s still no.” That’s still no. That would be a no. That’s no. I have nothing else to add. Will he forgive his son? no. “

However, President Biden actually pardoned Hunter and issued his son a blanket admission on all criminal charges from 2014 to December 2024.

The pardon retroactively made Jean-Pierre’s past statements false, a trend that has been repeated numerous times since she replaced the departing press secretary, Jen Psaki, in 2022.

Mr. Jean-Pierre is notorious for spreading misinformation on the subject of President Biden’s mental state.

Following the president’s disastrous debate performance, KJP assured reporters and the American public that Biden will not withdraw from the presidential race.

“The president’s eyes are clear and he remains in the race. He has nothing more,” she said in a July 3 report. Briefing session.

However, Biden would ultimately withdraw from the race, again directly contradicting Jean-Pierre’s definitive statement. KJP passionately defended the idea that Biden was mentally sound, even going so far as to describe a video of a clearly disoriented Biden as a “cheap fake.”

Reporters questioned the veracity of Biden’s claim that her poor performance in the debate was not due to a worsening mental state, but rather to a cold brought on by jet lag from a trip to Europe 12 days earlier.

“Why did the president still feel tired and sick 12 days after returning from Europe, go to Waffle House with a cold, and then the next day make such a comeback that he made remarks like North Carolina? asked FOX News’ Jackie Heinrich.

Jean-Pierre also has a history of goofing around about abortion.

In 2022, she called for a 15-week abortion ban against Republican South Carolina Congressman Lindsey Graham. suggestion “State ban on abortion.”

KJP repeated the false claims on ABC’s “The View.”
