Janet Jackson Reveals Epic Fail That Unfolded In Front Of The Queen

Janet Jackson revealed that her infamous wardrobe malfunction during the Super Bowl halftime show wasn't the only wardrobe mishap she's had.

The famous singer told British Vogue magazine that she had an extremely embarrassing and stressful experience while performing in front of none other than the Queen of England. During an interview for their “Life in Looks” segment on Thursday, Jackson explained how things started to go wrong while she was performing for the royal family.

“I was singing 'Rhythm Nation' in front of the Queen of England,” she recalls, “and sure enough, as I bent over, my trousers ripped right down the crack of my ass.”

Jackson chuckled as he recalled a “funny story” from the past, but noted that the moment was far from a laughing matter.

The legendary singer was hoping to impress the Queen with her signature moves, but things quickly took a turn.

“I couldn't believe that was happening,” Jackson said. “I was like, 'Oh my God!'”

Jackson said he realized there was a sizeable rip in his clothing when he felt like his trousers had split down the middle and he had “a wind in his back.”

Star thought quickly and figured out how to carry on while keeping this disaster hidden.

“Even though the choreography called for me to turn my back on her, I never once turned my back on her,” she explained of her on-the-fly adjustments.
