Jimmie Allen Accused Of Sexual Assault For The Second Time In Less Than A Month

A woman known as Jane Doe2 has sued famous country star Jimmy Allen for sexually assaulting and videotaping her without her consent.

Jane Doe2 filed a lawsuit in federal court in Tennessee on Friday. This is the second time in four weeks that Allen has been accused of sex crimes, according to reports. people. According to legal documents obtained by People, the unnamed woman claimed that Allen agreed to have sex if he used a condom, and that “Allen told her that he would honor her request.” According to Jane Doe2, Allen allegedly penetrated her bareback and told her he wanted to impregnate her. According to People magazine, she refused and withdrew her consent, claiming that she asked him to stop, but he did not. Later, she reportedly found his cell phone taped in a closet.

According to People magazine, “she was startled when she walked past the closet in her bedroom and the interior light in the closet turned on,” the complaint alleges. “When she opened the closet door, she found her cell phone focused on the bed, which she recorded,” the newspaper reported.

While out, she allegedly picked up her phone, deleted the video, and called a friend in tears. She reportedly told him about her assault charges. According to People, her friend then contacted attorney Elizabeth Fegan, who was assisting Allen in a separate sexual assault case by his former manager.

Jane Doe 2 claims to have delivered Allen’s cell phone to the local police station and reported the incident to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Ms Fagan said she has also been contacted by other women who have made allegations of sexual assault against Allen.
