A woman known as Jane Doe2 has sued famous country star Jimmy Allen for sexually assaulting and videotaping her without her consent.
Jane Doe2 filed a lawsuit in federal court in Tennessee on Friday. This is the second time in four weeks that Allen has been accused of sex crimes, according to reports. people. According to People magazine, “she was startled when she walked past the closet in her bedroom and the interior light in the closet turned on,” the complaint alleges. “When she opened the closet door, she found her cell phone focused on the bed, which she recorded,” the newspaper reported.
While out, she allegedly picked up her phone, deleted the video, and called a friend in tears. She reportedly told him about her assault charges. According to People, her friend then contacted attorney Elizabeth Fegan, who was assisting Allen in a separate sexual assault case by his former manager.
Jane Doe 2 claims to have delivered Allen’s cell phone to the local police station and reported the incident to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Ms Fagan said she has also been contacted by other women who have made allegations of sexual assault against Allen.
