Shores alleged that Prescott assaulted her in the parking lot of a Texas strip club in February 2017, shortly after his rookie season with the Cowboys. Despite her allegations, Prescott maintained his innocence and even filed a countersuit. After an investigation, police concluded in May that there was insufficient evidence to move forward with the case.

“Despite the relentless efforts of Mr. Shores and his legal team to extort money and tarnish Mr. Duck's reputation, justice has consistently prevailed and will continue to prevail,” McArthur said, TMZ Sports reported.
“Such tactics distract from the trauma of sexual assault victims and undermine the progress our society has made in supporting them. We are proud that Dak stood up against this injustice and thank Judge Tucker for agreeing.” (RELATED: NFL superstar QB set to become highest-paid player in league history with potential mega-deal)
