Judge Won’t Immediately Dismiss Eric Adams Case

A federal judge refused to immediately dismiss the corruption case against New York Mayor Eric Adams on Friday, but delayed the trial indefinitely.

Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove’s order to dismiss the case urged seven officials to step down, starting with acting US attorneys for the Southern District of New York Daniel Sasson.
