Katie Britt: ‘The tale of America’s successful mission against Iran’s nuclear sites will be remembered for years to come’

U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Montgomery) has expressed her support for recent U.S. military operations in the Middle East, which successfully targeted Iran’s nuclear installations.

Referred to as “Operation Midnight Hammer,” the mission featured a B2 bomber that deployed a massive ordinance penetrator (MOP) for the first time. In addition, two facilities were hit by 30 Tomahawk missiles launched from submarines.

“The narrative of America’s successful mission against Iran’s nuclear sites will resonate for generations,” Britt stated on X. “The U.S. military stands as the most powerful, skilled, and capable force globally.”

The senator also praised former President Donald Trump for his leadership during an appearance on “Alabama Morning News with JT,” highlighting his decision to act against the Iranian regime.

“I think there are two key takeaways from this weekend,” Britt noted. “First, when this president speaks, what you hear matters; the U.S. military is strong, vibrant, and feared, precisely because this president isn’t hesitant to act.”

She also touched on the muted reaction from her colleagues across the aisle.

“The silence wasn’t deafening,” she remarked. “The reality is that Donald Trump keeps winning. For years, whether it was Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, or Barack Obama, they’ve claimed Iran’s nuclear program should not exist, yet none achieved what Trump has accomplished.”

Britt further commended the president during a Fox News segment on Tuesday night.

“President Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize, especially considering his achievements in Congo and Rwanda,” she said. “When you evaluate his approach with Pakistan and India, it becomes clear that he’s made what many deemed impossible, possible. His actions exemplify America-first policies.”
