A woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, claiming he drugged her and assaulted her, resulting in her becoming pregnant.

Jane Doe filed legal documents in court on Friday, alleging that the disgraced music mogul assaulted her multiple times over a four-year period and impregnated her with his child. TMZ. Dou said in her lawsuit that she believes some of the forced sexual contact she had with Didi resulted in physical injuries and that she was drugged, but that she has no recollection of inflicting any injuries.

According to TMZ, Doe's legal documents state that she was forced to meet with Diddy regularly from 2021 to 2022, and that the rapper and his team met her at his home in Los Angeles and in Miami. He claims that he made arrangements for him to meet up with Didi at his residence. She claimed that she did not do it voluntarily because Diddy and his representatives used “coercive and harassing language” to get her to accept the request. According to the paper, Doe claimed that a driver arrived at her home to take her to Didi and that she felt she had no choice but to follow his orders.

According to TMZ, Dou claims in her lawsuit that the famous rapper forced her to take ketamine and additional drugs in July 2022, which caused her to black out. She said the incident led to her pregnancy. According to TMZ, one of Diddy's co-workers called her multiple times and told her to abort her child, but she claimed she miscarried and lost the baby.

Court documents allege that Diddy poured alcoholic drinks on Doe and forced her to have sex at his Los Angeles home in April 2022, TMZ reported. She alleges in her lawsuit that she suffered physical harm as a result of her encounters with Diddy, one of which allegedly caused bruises and left bite marks on her leg. According to TMZ, Doe claimed he had no recollection of how he sustained his injuries.

Doe's legal filing also claims she witnessed Diddy slap and hurt another woman, which caused her to fear him, the paper reported. She also claimed that the disgraced rapper somehow tracked her location and eavesdropped on her conversations. According to TMZ, she tried to distance herself from Diddy after her miscarriage, but claimed that Diddy relentlessly pursued her with texts and phone calls until she agreed to meet him. TMZ reports that Doe claims Diddy continued to harass her until July 2024 and is still trying to reach out to her, control her, and threaten her. She said in court filings that she suffered physical and financial injuries as well as trauma as a result of her interactions with Diddy.

She is seeking unspecified monetary damages.
