Kilmeade Has To Remind Democratic Strategist That Alleged MS-13 Illegal More Than Just A ‘Maryland Father’

Fox News host Brian Kilmeade reminded Democrat strategist and co-host of “Five” on Friday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a member of the MS-13 gang who lived illegally in the US, claimed he was more than just a “father of Maryland.”

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that the Trump administration must work to get Garcia back after deporting him to El Salvador in March. Tarloff said the Supreme Court took the president his first blow to deportation as he argued that President Donald Trump struggled with polls on issues like the economy.

“He is [Trump] Still on the waters of immigrants. However, he received his first major responsibilities from the Supreme Court yesterday. He said they had to return Maryland’s father who was sent to the El Salvador prison,” Tarloff said.

Fox host Jesse Watters buzzed, asking if he was talking about “illegal El Salvadorian.” (Related: Scott Jennings defends deportation after CNN host attempts to split hair in the legal definition of illegal immigration)

“He’s illegal. It doesn’t mean he’s a criminal and belongs to a labor camp,” Tarloff said.

Kilmeade can hear that Garcia is a suspect in the gang. Tarloff said the Justice Department “don’t even know where he is,” before Watters jumped in again.

clock:

“If he is illegal from El Salvador, why can’t he stay in El Salvador?” asked Watters.

“What’s wrong?” asked Tarloff. “He’s not coming from prison. Have you read anything? That was the biggest story. He wasn’t an MS-13.”

Garcia lived in Maryland with an American wife and children before his deportation, court records show. After a lower court ordered him to return, the Trump administration filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court. admit Garcia was placed on the deportation side due to “management errors” but claimed that it would be dangerous to return as it was said to be connected to the MS-13.

Kilmeade said earlier records tie Garcia to international crime gangs.

“When you talk about that guy. The man from MS-13, where he is from, where he is illegally here, everyone explains him and says now. [as] As a Maryland man, as a father with autism or something, you did,” Kilmeade said.

“The judge in 2019 said, ‘You’re an MS-13. We’re about to expel you.’ And he should have been deported.

Following Garcia’s 2019 arrest, the Prince George County Police Department accused him of having an MS-13 gang tie and compiled documents containing alleged gang names and ranks.

“So why do you say the Supreme Court will bring him back?” Tarloff asked.

“But they said that if they deported him, his life would be in danger from the opposite gangs!” Watters rang.

In October 2019, a judge acknowledged Garcia’s protection and argued that illegal immigrants would likely face gang persecution if they returned to El Salvador.

“Yeah, that’s what happens when you start crying in other gangs. I watched a mob movie,” Killmeade teased.
