Kingman – At approximately 10:50 am on Tuesday, February 14, the Kingman Police Department arrested 62-year-old Robert Lee Kupfer of Lake Havasu City for possession of a stolen vehicle and various felony warrants. .

Police found a silver Ford F-250 truck in a parking lot on the 3900 block of N. Stockton Hill Road that was reportedly stolen in Lake Havasu City, according to a KPD news release.

Kupfer, the driver and sole occupant, was detained without incident, KPD wrote.

It turns out that Kupfer had several arrest warrants issued from Lake Havasu City for felony charges including stalking and assault, threats and intimidation, and various violations of court orders.

Kupfer was arrested and placed in an adult detention facility in Mojave County.

Obscene exposure and disorderly conduct

KINGMAN – At 4:10 pm on Tuesday, February 14, the Kingman Police Department arrested Darren Wade Pablo, 35, of Peach Springs on misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Police officers told Kingman Regional Medical Center that the intoxicated male subject was aggressive and disruptive, according to a KPD news release.

Pablo was said to have deliberately exposed his genitalia, although his language was aggressive and vulgar with medical staff.

Pablo was arrested and placed in an adult holding facility in Mojave County.

Kingman – At approximately 10 a.m. Saturday, February 11, the Kingman Police Department arrested Melissa Ann Fagan, 43, of Kingman on charges of forgery and two misdemeanor arrest warrants.

Police responded to reports of two counterfeit $100 bills in circulation at a store on Block 4500 of Stockton Hill Road, according to a KPD news release.

Upon arrival, the store employee handed the attendant two bills, apparently counterfeit, and said he knew Hagan from a previous transaction.

Officers found Hagan at a residence at 2200 East Leroy Avenue, and she admitted to knowing the bill was a counterfeit. She was placed in an adult holding facility in Mojave County.
