Kristi Noem Invites Jason Aldean To Play On Her Front Lawn

Christy Noem invited Jason Aldean to perform in his front yard.

Governor of South Dakota Posted a video on Twitter On Wednesday, he offered to help a struggling country singer.

Referring to Aldean’s number one hit “Try That in a Small Town”, which critics described as pro-lynching, Noem said, “Thank you for writing a song that America can stand for.”

“Keep singing.

Noem also promoted Aldean’s song on May 26th. Instagram post, the caption reads that the music video was “better shot in South Dakota.” He ended up filming a video containing news footage of protesters clashing with police and burning American flags in Columbia, Tennessee. The lyrics encourage mobs and criminals to “try it in a small town” and “see how far you can go”. (Related: Jason and Brittany Aldean have no qualms about song backlash, and we love to see it.)

“I am shocked to see people in this country trying to cancel this song and cancel Jason and his beliefs,” Noem said in a Twitter video on Wednesday. “with him [his wife] Brittany speaks openly about their love of law and order and their love of this country, and I am just grateful to them. ”

“I think the people who go out every day to fight and have their say on these important issues and who never forget the freedoms and freedoms on which this country was founded are often persecuted,” the governor of South Dakota added.

CMT pulled Music video In Aldean’s case, it came from the network shortly after his July 14th debut, but there was no official explanation.
