Turn on the TV and the media and Democrats will continue to tell you that Donald Trump is a threat to democracy and must be stopped at all costs. He is a “convicted felon” and is trying to ruin our election. The truth is that the New York camouflage court that wrongfully tried a former president has shown millions of Americans that they are the real threat to democracy.

Democrats are doing everything in their power to weaponize the justice system to interfere in the 2024 election, not to “save democracy” but to save Joe Biden. They know that President Trump will defeat Biden on November 5th.^{Number 1,} And the only way they can stop him is by inventing baseless charges to trick the American people into supporting the worst president in the history of our country.

The numbers don't lie. According to a RealClearPolitics polling average, 64% of Americans believe the country is heading in the wrong direction, and 55% are dissatisfied with Joe Biden's job as president. Biden's approval rating is lower than that of the three presidents running for reelection at the same time.

So, not surprisingly, President Trump is leading Joe Biden in RCP national general election polls, winning by 4-5% in key battleground states like Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina. This is why the Biden campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and Soros-backed prosecutors are working together to “get Trump.” The media has become a willing accomplice in this unprecedented attack on our political norms.

But it shouldn't be surprising, since this is simply an extension of the many absurd conspiracies and myths Democrats have hurled against President Trump since he came down the escalator in 2015.

Remember the Russia collusion hoax and the countless other lies they have peddled since then? I do, and I believe millions of other Americans remember the failed attempt to “get Trump” and think they went too far this time.

Democrats cannot get away with weaponizing our legal system. We must not allow them to successfully interfere in this election. If they succeed, we may never see a free and fair election in this country again.

Good people will not run for office, and those who do will end up being prosecuted, like President Trump, for standing up to the system. Remember, they will never stop him.

If they can defeat him, no one will be safe. Whether they are running for president, senator, county commissioner or dog catcher, a precedent will be set and our political structure will be changed forever.

That's why I'm so proud of Senator Tuberville and our federal delegation for continuing to fight back against this tragic and despicable attack on free and fair elections. If good people don't stand up and fight back against this outrage, soon there won't be any good people left who will.
