Lavar Ball, father of basketball, Lonzo, Liangelo and Lamelo Ball, had his leg amputated after suffering a medical crisis.
The famous Ball family’s patriarch recently faced a serious health crisis and forced him to take the procedure to remove his right foot, According to TMZ Sports ‘February 19th Report. He reportedly has a great spirit despite the life-changing surgery. No further information was provided regarding the circumstances that led to the disconnection.

The 57-year-old became the infamous basketball father after outlined his master plan to make his sons Lonzo, LiAngelo and LaMelo’s balls famous. He went on to create the Big Baller brand and released signature shoes for all three boys. Lonzo and Lamelo began their NBA careers, and Liangelo also pursued basketball and then threw themselves into the world of music, thriving in the industry.
Lavar is known for his bold and vocal statement about his plans for his son, and is praised for helping them by opening their way and being their biggest supporters.
The famous basketball dad was also an athlete when he was young. He played college basketball Western Los Angeles College, Washington State and California State University Los Angeles. Ball then signed on with the organizations of the New York Jets and Carolina Panthers. However, his attempts in his NBA career never left.
