Attorney Tony Buzbee tells TMZ that some of his alleged co-defendants have already settled out of court after being served demand letters related to the ongoing case against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Buzbee said the names of celebrities and VIPs involved in Diddy’s case would not be released immediately, but said some were already trying to reduce exposure by quickly settling their cases out of court. .
“I think I’ll let the lawsuit speak for itself,” Buzbee said in an Oct. 7 interview with TMZ. He insisted that “all will become clear in due course, who will be nominated” and “when they will be nominated.”
Buzbee told TMZ that based on the evidence he’s collected, his company has already sent reminders to people in Diddy’s circle.
“In every case, especially in a case like this one, we collect data, we collect evidence, we do our due diligence, we spend time with the victim, and we do it because it’s in the victim’s best interest. “We will try to resolve these issues without filing a public lawsuit,” he said.
“And we’ve already done that for several people, many of whom you’ve probably heard of before. [we] We will continue to do so,” the lawyer added.
Buzbee acknowledged the public’s interest in knowing who was allegedly involved in the high-profile cases, but remained committed to handling each case methodically.
“Everyone is looking to see what other celebrities were involved, who will be named, who will be left out, but we don’t expect that to happen this week. I want to file that lawsuit,” he told TMZ.

“Obviously, I would include Mr. Combs and some corporate entities, but if I were to name any individual other than Mr. Combs, I would want to make sure I did my homework, because it would cause an uproar. Understand that,” Buzbee told TMZ.
“We’re going to make sure we dot the I’s and cross the T’s,” the attorney said.
Mr. Buzbeen mentioned people who may be involved in Mr. Didi’s alleged crimes.
“Let me be clear: If you are attending these ‘parties’ and have been there before or know what is going to happen, it does not mean that certain drugs are used in the drinks. “And they were coercing and taking advantage of people, and you were in the room, you participated, you saw it happening and you didn’t say anything.” Either you didn’t or you helped cover it up, in my opinion, you have a problem,” he told TMZ.

“Each time we bring these lawsuits, we will try to resolve them in the first place, and if we are unable to do so, we will file public litigation and aggressively pursue these lawsuits.” he told TMZ.
Lawyers identified numerous ways in which Diddy’s alleged associates could be held liable.
“A lot of people attended these parties. A lot of people saw this activity going on, a lot of people allowed it to continue, didn’t say anything, didn’t intervene, and maybe I benefited from it and profited from it,” he claimed. “In my view, all of these individuals and entities are at risk here,” he continued.
