Leupp school bus driver arrested for sexual exploitation of minor | Navajo-Hopi Observer

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD) employee for allegedly soliciting minors for sexual exploitation through social media, according to a press release from the district.

Jason Curley was arrested on January 5th and booked into the Coconino County Jail. Carly is his FUSD bus driver for the 810 route to and from Leupp and serves Summit High School, Flagstaff High School, Sinagua Middle School, Coconino High School, Mt. He works at Elden Middle School.

“FUSD values ​​the trust that families place in our staff every day when they send their students to school, and we understand that this incident may have impacted that trust.” Superintendent Michael Penca said. “It's important to have open and honest conversations with your children at home about school and the environment around them. It's essential to allow children to communicate their feelings, concerns and questions.”
