The Yabapai County Sheriff’s Office must publish the following information in accordance with ARS 13-3825, a community notice regarding the Sex Offenders Act: The offenders in this publication indicate that he lives in an unconsolidated area of ​​Yabapai County. This is the responsibility of the Chief Law Enforcement Agency with jurisdiction to which offenders reside in order to notify the community. Notifications must be given if a particular sex offender is released from Arizona State Jail and accepted under an interstate compact or released back to the community from the county jail. Offenders can be divided into three levels: Level 1 (low risk to the community), Level 2 (intermediate risk to the community), and Level 3 (high risk to the community).

The individual who appeared in the notice, 36-year-old Andrew Ryan Adams, was convicted of a sex crime that allowed community notifications. The sex offender advised the Yabapai County Sheriff’s Office that he would reside at 1314 E HOMBRE DR, AZ 86326.

On August 26, 2008, a 20-year-old offender was convicted of ATT in Yabapai County. He was sentenced to failing to register and three years of probation.

On October 14, 2008, in Yabapai County, the 20-year-old offender was convicted of sexual conduct as a minor and sentenced to six months in the Arizona Department of Corrections.

The victim was a 16-year-old woman known to criminals.

On November 25, 2014, in Yabapai County, the 26-year-old offender was convicted of failing to register and sentenced to 2.5 years old by the Arizona Department of Corrections.

On August 30, 2018, in Yabapai County, the 30-year-old offender was convicted of failing to register twice by the Arizona Department of Corrections and was sentenced to age 4.5.

This notification is not intended to increase fear. Rather, it is the sheriff’s office’s belief that informed communities are safer communities. Abusing this information to threaten, threaten, or harass a sex offender is not tolerated.
