‘Lick The Chicken Grease’: Cops Arrest Man Who Allegedly Posed As Weapons Instructor, Made Racist Jokes

Las Vegas police arrested a man who continued to pose as a CCW instructor even after his license was revoked, according to a statement released Wednesday.

Detectives with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) have arrested Nephi Oliva, 50, on charges of fraud by posing as a current CCW instructor in Nevada. statement By LVMPD.

Oliva, who also used the name Neffi Kariki, continued to teach CCW classes using his current CCW instructor papers even after the Nevada Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs revoked his license on August 7, 2023. The allegations were made clear in the statement.

Roberts spoke at the event but did not attend Oliva's presentation, he told the outlet, adding that he disapproved of Oliva's comments and graphics.

“Due to time constraints at the event, I sincerely regret that I wasn't able to tease my friends more,” Oliva told the outlet.

There was no indication in the LVMPD statement that Oliva's offending comments contributed to his license revocation and arrest.
