Longhorns’ Quinn Ewers Announces He’s Returning To Texas For Senior Season

Quinn Ewers is returning to Austin!

quinn ewersThe Texas Longhorns quarterback announced on social media Thursday that he will be returning to school for his senior season.

In the 2023 campaign, Ewers led the Longhorns to the College Football Playoff and put together a superstar season proving why he is one of the top high school recruits going to college in America.

Ewers had an impressive record with six interceptions and 22 touchdown passes, including a mesmerizing performance against Alabama in which he threw for 349 yards and three touchdowns to lead Texas to victory.Ranked with 3,479 passing yards 2nd in Big 12, as well as a completion rate of 69.0%. It's also worth mentioning that those passing yards came after he missed two games due to injury.

Let's be honest here, good move on Quinn's part. Despite some of his highlight reel numbers, he's clearly not ready for the NFL. However, the biggest takeaway from this is: arch manning Are you serious about it or are you planning on leaving Austin?

In case you didn't know, Arch is part of the Manning family and is Cooper's son and Archie's grandson. Arch is also Peyton and Eli's nephew. Obviously, there's a lot of hype around him, especially at Texas, but things are complicated by Quinn Ewers returning for his senior season.
