Javien Tobiano, a rising sophomore cornerback for the Louisiana State University Tigers, was arrested on a felony charge of video voyeurism and turned himself in to police Sunday, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, reported by The Associated Press.

Tobiano's girlfriend told detectives that the Louisiana State University cornerback had recorded past sexual encounters with her, but that she did not consent, and she also claims that she had previously told him that she did not want to be recorded having sex, according to the Associated Press.

When questioned by authorities, Tobiano admitted to secretly recording the sex acts with a hidden camera, according to an arrest warrant reported by The Associated Press.
