Erica Ash, known for her roles on “MADtv,” “Survivor's Remorse” and “Real Husbands of Hollywood,” died Sunday after a long battle with cancer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Ash died in Los Angeles at age 46 from cancer, her publicist, Elizabeth Mutch, said. Confirmed The Hollywood Reporter.
“Erica was an incredible woman and talented entertainer who touched countless lives with her sharp wit, humor and pure passion for life. Her memory will live in our hearts forever,” her mother, Deanne Ash, said. Said TMZ
“With all due respect [Erica’s] “In memory of the deceased, the family requests that donations be made to either the Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation or the Breast Cancer Foundation. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time,” she added.

Ash's friend, comedian Loni Love, confirmed her death in an Instagram post. (Related article: 'Beverly Hills 90210' actress Shannen Doherty dies at 53).
“I am sad to announce the passing of my friend and fellow actress Erica Ash. Erica was talented, funny, and dedicated to her work, both on the shows Survivor's Remorse and MAD TV,” Love wrote. “She was always there and now she is gone. My heartfelt condolences to her family and fans.”
“Rest in peace Erica 🥲 Your passing is far too soon. She was a wonderful person to work with. Vibrant, funny and talented. You left a huge mark on the Earth,” said Mike Epps, Ash's Survivor's Remorse co-star. I have written On Instagram.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ash's first big role was on the Rosie O'Donnell-produced “The Big Gay Sketch Show,” which she appeared on for the first two seasons, before appearing in a number of films, including 2013's “Scary Movie V.”
She played Mary Charles, known as “M-Chuck,” on every season of the series “Survivor's Remorse,” produced by NBA star LeBron James.
