Male Athlete Sweeps Women’s Event Days After State Refused To Enforce Trump’s Rule

Male high school students dominated the women’s pole holding race in Maine after the state refused to comply with President Donald Trump’s order to separate sports by gender.

“The decision by the Maine Principals Association to continue to allow male athletes to compete with female athletes in school athletics is outrageous,” the Republican Maine lawmaker provided to the Daily Callenor News Foundation. He said in a statement. “Their decision not only violates President Trump’s February 5 executive order, but also allows male athletes to steal medals, trophies and podiums from women, while at risking the safety and privacy of female athletes. It enables and effectively erases it.”

“We urge the Trump administration to move quickly so that female athletes in Maine can once again compete on equal arenas, and we will maintain the integrity of women’s sports,” Libby said.

“Maine parents and the country are tired of being ignored while their daughters are forced to compete with biological men,” a coalition of conservative American parents told DCNF.
