PHOENIX — A man was arrested last weekend after attempting to kidnap a woman from a parking lot at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, officials said.
61-year-old Michael Colville was charged with kidnapping and probation violation as he was on probation for sexual assault. ABC15.
Police said in a press release that the woman was loading her belongings into a parked car around noon Friday when Colville pushed her from behind.
The victim kicked Colville in the groin, but Colville gave up and walked away, police said.
The victim called police and used Phoenix Sky Train and Valley Metro Rail video to identify Colville as a suspect.
Police said he was arrested Saturday at his home near 24th Street and Van Buren Street.
No additional information was provided.
