YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – A 29-year-old man has been arrested on multiple felony charges for allegedly leaving a recording device in a restroom at Sanguinetti Memorial Park.
The Yuma Police Department announced that on October 14, 2023, officers responded to a report of a recording device found in a restroom at Sanguinetti Memorial Park, 701 West 22nd Street.
The caller gave the device found in the bathroom to the officer.
Yuma police said detectives determined the device had a recording capability and found a photo of the suspect.
On Tuesday night, officers were able to locate a person who matched the suspect's photo and was identified as James Bergin.
The 29-year-old man was booked into the Yuma County Detention Center where he remains in custody.
