Man arrested in Tucson drive-by shooting

Tucson police said a driver at a restaurant drive-thru punched a man who asked him to turn off the Pickup Trick’s engine and then opened fire at the man’s house.

Sean Soriano, 36, was revving his pickup truck in the drive-thru of Jack in the Box at 1202 West St. Mary’s Road on April 23. Just before midnight, a man walked up from a nearby house and said to him, “Please stop,” Tucson Police said in a news release Thursday.

Police said Soriano then got out of the truck and punched the man.

Police said the man was able to leave, but Soriano chased him screaming.

Later, Soriano’s pickup truck was seen near the man’s house. Police said several shots were fired from the truck into the house.

No one was injured in the shooting.
