Yavapai County, Arizona — An Arizona man has been convicted in a 2021 Yavapai County street assault shooting.

according to Yavapai County Attorney’s OfficeOn May 12, Eric Adrian Enderle, 72, of Springerville, was convicted of shooting from a vehicle, aggravated assault, criminal damage and tampering with physical evidence.

The lawsuit against Engdahl stems from an incident on March 19, 2021.

A vehicle driven by the victim drove through Engdal on Walker Road, according to the county attorney’s office.

After being overtaken, Engdahl chased the other drivers.

The victim provided investigators with a detailed description of the driver and his vehicle, and Engdahl was identified as the person believed to be responsible for the incident.

The county attorney’s office said Engdahl took steps to avoid arrest.
